Under the guidance of the NWK board the best interests of the company are
followed in order to manage it according to the accepted principles of corporate

NWK’s core focus is on agriculture and the food value chain, but the group also
investigates opportunities that can utilise the seasonality in the value chain.
Synergies within the group and partnerships are therefore optimally exploited.
Cooperation and integration with international, regional and local role players are
unavoidable if an agricultural business wants to remain relevant and not be
a target for a takeover.
NWK’s involvement in strategic partnerships is as follows:
The company pursues a balance between economic development, social growth and the
natural environment. Consequently, the company is committed to the responsible management
of natural resources, compliance with environmental legislation and the protection of water
sources, air quality and biodiversity by applying responsible industrial practices and the
prevention of pollution, including the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
